HOW TO CREATE A VERBAL
CONTRACT?
Just make a 3-way call to
our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone number Enter your company PIN #
or Agent ID # and the system will automatically take over the process and
start recording your order verification and phone conversation. Next our
system will capture the time/date and create a unique confirmation number.
Our system will then automatically attach your entire recorded verbal
contract as a standard .wav or .mp3 file and send all of this information
to you via one or all of our 5 retrieval methods.
HOW TO PLAYBACK VERBAL
CONTRACTS?
Listen to the email
attachments sent to you. Call your dedicated number and enter your
CONFIRMATION # and your contract/verification will be played back
automatically over the telephone or login and view/listen to your
contracts via the web or ftp interface. Insert a CD that we produce for
you with all your verification data.
