How Advice Line Works:
PER MINUTE VERSION - We give you a dedicated phone number for your customers to call into, we pre-authorize the callers credit card via touch tone entry for X amount and then the transfer them to you. After your done consulting, you end the call by pressing # and our system calculates the call total and instantly bills callers credit card.
FLAT RATE VERSION - Customers call into your number and pay a preset flat rate amount and if successful they get transferred to you.

Get Paid by the MinuteWe will calculate how long the phone call lasted and then multiply the total minutes X rate per minute.
Use Your Own Merchant Account and Gateway
We will let you bring your own merchant account and payment gateway. You will get to keep all your earnings. We do not take a cut of your sales like other Advisor Lines.
Live Call Transfer Upon ApprovalIf caller credit card is declined then that can not get through the the advice hotline. This protects you from giving free unpaid advice. We also pre-authorize the card for any amount that you choose before transferring calls to you.
Real-time Agents Status
Agents can select available, busy, or away depending on their current status. Agents can see the status of all the other agents and can merge calls if needed.
Admin and User Level Logins
We can give you a main admin account and each of your agents a user level account. We can set it so you see everything and the agents are only allowed see their own settings and call data.
