How it Works
We give you a dedicated phone number for your customers to call into, we pre-authorize the callers credit card for X amount and then the patch them through to you. After your done consulting, you end the call by pressing # and our system calculates the call total and bills that amount to the caller credit card.
Use Your Own Merchant Account and Gateway
We will let you bring your own merchant account and payment gateway. You will get to keep all your earnings. We do not take a cut of your sales like other Advisor Lines.
Multi Language is Supported
We can support any language needed.
Get Paid by the Minute
We will calculate how long the phone call lasted and then multiply the total minutes X rate per minute.
Live Call Transfer Upon Approval
If caller credit card is declined then that can not get through the the advice hotline. This protects you from give free unpaid advice.
Real-time Agents Status
Agents can select available, busy, or away depending on their current status. Agents can see the status of all the other agents and can merge calls if needed.
Admin and User Level Logins
We can give you a main admin account and each of your agents a user level account. We can set it so you see everything and the agents are only allowed see their own settings and call data.
