If you are experiencing trouble playing older audio files and your format was set to .wma then you may need to manually change the file name from .mp3 back to .wma to retrieve your older audio files. Our audio format is now defaulted to .mp3 for all links and emails moving forward. The .wma format is being phased out for good and Microsoft is no longer supporting this format or providing a codec for converting files into the .wma format NOTE Windows media player will continue to play the older .wma files that were recorded in the past. |
