How Pay per Call Platform works for Advisors
We give Advice Line Operator (you) a dedicated phone number with custom prompts branded in your company's name. Platform is online 24/7 however you can set your business hours if needed. Earnings are deposited into your bank account daily.
How Advice Line Works for Customers
- Customers call into Pay by Phone System and enter credit card information.
- Pay by Phone System Pre-Authorizes card for X amount to secure funds.
- Customer is connected to next available adviser round robin style, or customer's can enter a in adviser's direct extension.
- When call is finished, system will calculate the number of minutes connected X the rate per minute and then charge customer's credit card.
With our Stored Card feature callers have option to save billing details for future use. This speeds up the payment process for any future calls.
